Purpose:
The purpose of the CT Program is to create a comprehensive coordinated community response that is victim/survivor centered, enhances victim/survivor safety (regardless if they report the crime to law enforcement or other investigatory bodies), provides confidential services to sexual assault victims/survivors, holds offenders accountable, and includes outreach and prevention activities.
