California Commission on the Status of Women and Girls and City of Los Angeles Commission on the Status of Women Joint Meeting
Special Meeting and Full Commission Business Meeting

One or more of the Commissioner(s) will participate in this meeting at the teleconference sites listed below. Each teleconference location is accessible to the public and the public will be given an opportunity to address the Commission at each teleconference location.
The public teleconference site(s) for this meeting are as follows:

Public comments will be taken on agenda items at the time the specific item is raised, unless it is a closed session item. Agenda items may be taken out of order to accommodate speakers and to maintain a quorum. In addition to public comment regarding each agenda item, the Commission affords an opportunity to members of the public to address the Commission on items of interest that are within the Commission’s jurisdiction but are not on the noticed agenda. The Commission is not permitted to take action on items that are not on the noticed agenda, but may refer items for future consideration. Speakers are limited to two (2) minutes on non-agenda items and one (1) minute on agenda items.  Any given individual is limited to a total of 3 items or 5 minutes.  The total time for public comments is limited to 20 minutes.

Materials related to an item on this Agenda submitted to the Commission after distribution of the agenda packet are available for public inspection in the Commission on the Status of Women office located at 1200 W. 7th Street, Room 906, Los Angeles CA, 90017, during normal business hours. Sign language interpreters, assistive listening devices, or other auxiliary aids and/or services may be provided upon request. To ensure availability, requests need to be called into the Commission office at least three working days before the meeting.
