Mother’s Equal Pay Day

Mothers are paid 70 cents for every dollar paid to fathers. On this day, we will be raising awareness about the wage gap experienced by moms and its disproportionate impact on moms of color. We will be highlighting how pay discrimination shows up in workplace and the impacts of COVID-19, including a discussion about frontline moms and how moms are essential in the workplace and in the home.
